A mystery animal that was rescued in Pennsylvania by a woman who thought it was her neighbor’s dog is loose again.

Wildlife Works in Mount Pleasant has been housing the animal and giving it medical treatment, and they’ve also done genetic testing. As we told you previously, the animal created a frenzy because it could be a dog or could be a coyote, but no one knows. A bad case of mange has made it even harder to figure out.

After a week of being made comfy, the animal destroyed its crate, trashed the rescue, and then gnawed at a window seal until it was able to get outside. Now the rescue is asking anyone who sees the animal to let them know.
