“Eat This, Not That” has assembled a list of the best pasta dish in every state, and I couldn’t scroll fast enough to see who landed on the list for Nebraska.
You may (or may not) remember, I dubbed summer 2021 “The Summer of Good Pasta and Wine.” I’m pretty sure pasta is the sixth love language.
Since plates of penne, bowls of bucatini, and cups of cavatappi are listed on many menus, how’d they come up with the Top 50 Pastas nationwide? They read what others had to say through Yelp ratings and reviews.
Making the list in some of the major cities is “Pasta Sisters in L.A. with their porcini mushroom pappardelle. Spaghetti alla Ruota, from “Pane & Vino” in Miami Florida. In Chicago, “The Pasta Bowl” with their signature dish, Farfalle Pollo.
“Forma Pasta Factory” in Brooklyn has rave reviews for their handmade pappardelle Bolognese dish. Sounds fancy, but only costs $11!
So, what about Nebraska? “Eat This, Not That” named the Bolognese Bianco at Avoli Osteria the BEST pasta in Nebraska. They said it is “to die for,” which obviously means I’m getting it for lunch next week. (Big bonus: they’re in Dundee! If the weather is nice enough, I’ll walk there from work.)
Have you tried the Bolognese Bianco at Avoli Osteria? Is it worthy of the Top Pasta title?
