Gaslighting is a form of manipulation that is tricky to navigate.
‘Gaslighting’ was Merriam-Webster’s 2022 Word of the Year, and while that certain type of manipulation has been around for who knows how long, it has had a name since 1938 (and has a fascinating origination).
